« A Table Lyon ! La semaine de l’alimentation »

As part of the annual Food Week organized by the City of Lyon, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) will take part in the 2025 edition by hosting several events. 

On Monday 2 June from  2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., IARC will host a conference open to the general public titled “Obesity: Current Situation and Local Actions”. This event will explore the measures that can be implemented on a daily basis to help prevent obesity and promote healthier lifestyles. 

On Friday 6 June 2025, IARC will host the  General Assembly of SchoolFood4Change. On this occasion, IARC researchers will have the opportunity to present the main directions of their work and their scientific priorities related to today’s food and nutrition challenges.
